If I attach my artwork or logo, can you prepare it for print or embroidery? Does it cost extra?
Yes, our Design Team will review your artwork or logo to ensure it’s suitable for printing or embroidery. For the best results, artwork should be high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and preferably vector files.
Screen printing art must have clearly defined areas and be created with printing in mind, so we recommend professional creation.
If your artwork requires modification, separation, or digitizing for embroidery, additional charges will apply.
Once my artwork is digitized or prepared, can it be reused without extra charges?
The digitizing for embroidery is a one time cost to create the logo. For screen printing, there are setup costs each time we print to cover labor costs for creating the custom screens every time we print.
Can you apply custom patches directly to garments or products?
In many cases, yes. Depending on the type of garment and patch application, we can sew patches onto your items.
How long will my order take to complete?
Our fulfillment times vary based on several factors, including:
- Complexity and number of colors in your artwork
- Quantity of items ordered
- Quality and readiness of your artwork (art needing revisions can cause delays)

What are your order time options and how do rush orders work?
Standard orders typically take 2-3 weeks to complete. If you need your order faster, we offer rush processing for an additional fee. When submitting your order, please select your preferred timeline so we can prioritize accordingly.
